Harlow Freight, a three-founder logistics startup, needed its entire formation pack executed before a funding wire could release: articles of organisation, an operating agreement, initial resolutions, founder stock consents and registered-agent acceptances.
The founders were in two cities with one shared afternoon. We staffed the signing with two notaries — one mobile, one online — and reconciled both sessions into a single execution record.
