Questions We Hear Often
Consultations, fees, refunds, payments — answered. Anything else, just ask.
Yes — every project starts with a free consultation. Send your documents (or just describe them) and we will confirm the signing type, the ID you need, and a fixed quote before you commit to anything.
Absolutely. Larger signings often need two notaries or extra witnesses — for example, estate plans signed by a couple. Tell us when booking and we will staff your session accordingly.
Our Basic Package at $400 per project covers a single-document signing, including the consultation, a starter template if you need one, and round-the-clock support until your seal is delivered.
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund. If a signing cannot legally proceed — for instance, an ID issue — we refund the notarial fee in full.
We accept all major cards, bank transfers, and cash at our offices. Business clients on the Regular and Deluxe plans can also be invoiced monthly.
A current government photo ID — driver’s licence, passport, state ID or military ID — for every signer. Online sessions add a short knowledge-based verification quiz.
Most stateside apostilles complete in 3–7 business days; federal and embassy legalisation takes longer. Tell us the destination country and deadline and we’ll give you an honest timeline.
Yes. Online sessions run 7am–11pm daily, and our on-call mobile notary covers genuine urgencies around the clock in the metro area.
